Born in Macau, raised in Miami, FL, and currently living in NYC, Weng has set forth in his tattooing career with a deep passion for self-expression. With 7 years of tattooing under his belt, Weng delivers not just great work but an ear and heart to understand the soul. His concept of design and technique brings forth a new and raw energy to tattooing. Specializes in: Black and Grey, Anime, Blackwork, Realism, and Japanese.
